tea.: Brewed beverage created by steeping the leaves of a plant or herb in hot water. Tea is a common concept, consumed on many different planets where humanoid life resides. ("Flashback" [VGR]).
tea ceremony.: ("Up the Long Ladder" [TNG]).
Tears of the Prophets.: ("Emissary" [DS9]).
Tebok.: Romulan starship commander. ("The Neutral Zone" [TNG]). Played by Marc Alaimo.
technobabble.: ("Parturition" [VGR]).
Technology Future.: ("Future's End" [VGR]).
tectonic plates.: ("Family" [TNG]).
Tecumseh, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Excelsior-class explorer, Starfleet registry NCC-14934. ("Nor the Battle to the Strong" [DS9]).
teddy bear.: ("Journey to Babel" [TOS]).
Teilani.: ("Ashes of Eden" [Pocket TOS HC]; "The Return" [Pocket TOS HC]; "Avenger" [Pocket TOS HC]; "Spectre" [Pocket TOS HC]; "Dark Victory" [Pocket TOS HC]).
Tellar.: Homeworld of the Tellarites, located in the 61 Cygni star system in Sector 001. ("Journey to Babel" [TOS #44]).
Tellarite escort.: Heavily armed vessel used by Tellarite miners to protect their mining interests, especially the illicit ones. Such a vessel was at Wagner Post when it was taken by Ravens and used against the Enterprise. ("Dreams of the Raven" [Pocket TOS #34]).
Tellarite freighter.: Tellarite cargo transport vessels. An unescorted convoy of Tellarite freighters was once targeted by Captain Kaden of the Klingon cruiser Fire Blossom for attack, but were saved when the Organians disabled Kaden's vessel. ("How Much for Just the Planet?" [Pocket TOS #36]).
Tellarites.: Humanoid species. ("Journey to Babel" [TOS #44]).
Tellihu.: Withiki first officer on the prospector U.S.S. Jefferson Randolph Smith. ("How Much for Just the Planet?" [Pocket TOS #36]).
Temir, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Starfleet registry NCC-1763. (Technical Manual [TOS]).
1021-JKQ.: ("Imzadi" [Pocket TNG HC #2]).
ten-forward.: ("The Child" [TNG]).
Tenmei, Prynn.: Starfleet ensign assigned to the starship Defiant. Tenmei is the daughter of Elias Vaughn and Ruriko Tenmei. After serving outstanding tours aboard the starships Mjolnir and Sentinel, Tenmei was assigned to Deep Space Nine under the command of her estranged father, who is trying to make peace with her for the years of separation they have suffered. ("Demons of Air and Darkness" [Pocket Gateways #4]; "Twilight" [Pocket DS9 Mission: Gamma #1]).
Tennet 5.: ("Dreams of the Raven" [Pocket TOS #34]).
Tensas, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Arbiter-class perimeter action vessel, Starfleet registry NCC-1054. Built by Sy Ris Abagon at the New Aberdeen naval yards on Aldebaran on stardate 8012.91. (Ships of the Star Fleet, vol. 2).
Terix.: Romulan starship, D'Deridex-class warbird.
Terni, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Starfleet registry NCC-612. (Ships of the Star Fleet, vol.1).
Terok Nor.: Cardassian mining station located within the Bajor star system, currently known as Deep Space 9. ("Red Sector" [Pocket TNG #53]).
Terra.: Federation planet, the third world orbiting the star Sol. Referred to its inhabitants as 'Earth' in their dominant language, English. (Documented fact. [Look Around]).
Terra, U.S.S.: Federation starship, an interceptor vessel in the mid to late 23rd century. The Terra's top speed was warp 12 on the old scale, and the ship was armed with one torpedo launcher and six phaser emitters. This vessel's complement is 105 crewpeople. (Begin Tactical Starship Simulator [Clockwork Software]).
Terran Empire (mirror).: In the mirror universe, a version of the Federation where Terra and Vulcan attained superiority over the Alpha Quadrant by subjugating most other known races. ("Mirror, Mirror" [TOS #39]).
Terrans.: Humanoid inhabitants of the planet Terra. The Terrans refer to themselves as 'humans' in the dominant language of their planet, English. The Terran genetic code is one of the most widely populated in the galaxy, so much so that many theorize that a species or group of species visited Terra and removed samples or specimens of their species and seeded several worlds throughout our galaxy for some as yet unknown purpose. Supposed proof of this was found on Miramanee's World, where a colony of Terrans of Native American stock were discovered, having been transplanted as recently as the 1600s. Their settlement was primitive, yet protected by a device of unknown technology designed to deflect asteroids common to that planet's star system. Terrell, Clark.: ("The Wrath of Khan" [Movie #2]).
Terror, I.K.S.: Klingon battleship, a dreadnought. ("The Klingon Gambit" [Pocket TOS #3]).
Terthos, I.K.S.: Klingon vessel instrumental in the peace talks between the Federation and Klingon Empire in 2287. Commanded by K'tran. ("In the Name of Honor" [Pocket TOS]).
Terviorii.: ("The Good of the Many!" [DC TNG vol.2 #55]).
T'gha maneuver.: ("Parallels" [TNG]).
t'gla.: ("Invasive Procedures" [DS9]).
Thadoc.: ("Dujonian's Hoard" [Pocket TNG Captain's Table #2]).
Thal.: ("House of Cards" [Pocket NF #1]).
Thales, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Ptolemy-class transport/tug, Starfleet registry NCC-3813. (Technical Manual [TOS]).
Thallonia.: ("House of Cards" [Pocket NF #1]).
Thallonian Empire.: ("House of Cards" [Pocket NF #1]).
Thallonians.: ("House of Cards" [Pocket NF #1]).
Th'allt.: Andorian colony that, the the early 23rd century, was preyed upon by unscrupulous Tellarite privateers. They appealed to the Federation Bureau of Trade and Commerce for protection, but were lost in bureaucracy. Starfleet Intelligence code-named the situation Operation Archimedes, but failed to resolve the matter. Eventually, a Starfleet task force led by Admiral Hathari was sent to the world to institute a blockade, and even fired on Federation trade vessels attempting to break through. This incident almost sparked a civil war, and was a source of a great deal of embarassment to Starfleet Intelligence and a condemnation to the unwieldy bureaucracy of the growing Federation. Thallus.: Planet. ("The Haunting of Thallus" [Marvel TOS]).
thalmerite.: Substance. ("Victims of Deceit" [Malibu DS9 Maquis #3]).
Than.: Science minister of the planet Zuyna. ("The Price of Admission" [DC vol.2 TOS #29]).
Thasians.: ("Charlie X" [TOS]).
Thaumazein, Wallace.: ("How Much for Just the Planet?" [Pocket TOS #36]).
Thelia.: ("Metamorphosis" [Pocket TNG Giant #1]).
Thelin.: Andorian Starfleet science officer who held the rank of commander in the 2260s.; In an alternate timeline created when researchers used the Guardian of Forever in 2269, Spock was killed in a boyhood accident and his place on the Enterprise was occupied by Commander Thelin in the new timeline. ("Yesteryear" [TAS]). The fact that Thelin existed as a Starfleet commander in the original timeline is of course conjecture, but it seems likely as the absence of Spock's history shouldn't have made much difference to the advancement of an Andorian officer. Thelin appeared a grey-color in the episode, rather than the standard Andorian blue seen in other episodes.
Thelonii, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Starfleet registry NCC-1742. (Technical Manual [TOS]). The Technical Manual listed dozens of Starships that were intended to be part of the Constitution-class, contradicting the fact there were only supposed to be twelve of that type active by the time they were phased out. It seems likely the list represented other heavy cruisers of a different type or configuration.
Thelurians.: Species. ("Dujonian's Hoard" [Pocket TNG Captain's Table #2]).
Themis.: ("The Undiscovered Country" [Pocket TOS Movie #6]).
Themis.: ("A Fury Scorned" [Pocket TNG #43]).
Thena.: Young Skedan who was a passenger on Voyager in 2374. She reminded Ensign Lyssa Campbell of her baby sister. ("Seven of Nine" [Pocket VGR #16]).
Theonella, Karen.: ("Red Sector" [Pocket TNG #53]).
Theseus, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Cochise-class destroyer, Starfleet registry NCC-552. (Technical Manual [TOS]).
Theskians.: Species. ("Metamorphosis" [Pocket TNG Giant #1]).
Theta Kalyb.: ("The Fallen" [Marvel EV #10&11]).
Theta Leonis.: ("Epic Proportions" [DC TOS vol.2 #52]).
Thevos.: ("The Peacekeeper" [DC TOS vol.2 #49&50]).
Thevosians.: ("The Peacekeeper" [DC TOS vol.2 #49&50]).
thieurrull.: Romulan term, meaning 'Hellguard.' This name was applied by Romulan soldiers stationed on the fifth planet in the 872 Trianguli star system. ("The Pandora Principle" [Pocket TOS #49]).
Thieurrull.: ("The Pandora Principle" [Pocket TOS #49]).
Tholians.: Species hostile towards the Federation. ("Flesh of my Flesh" [Marvel EV #1]; "Our Dearest Blood" [Marvel EV #3]; "The Tholian Web" [TOS]).
Tholus, U.S.S.: Federation starship proposed during the 23rd century. This vessel's construction was cancelled, and it's registry was assigned to another vessel. (Technical Manual [Franz Joseph TOS]; Ships of the Star Fleet [Mastercom]). It's possible ships of these names were still built, of different classes and registry numbers. If built, this ship would have been Achernar-class, with the registry NCC-1747, according to the manuals.
Thomas Jefferson.: Space vessel that participated in the 2260s Great Starship Race, a Federation Museum starship commanded by Sue Hardee. ("The Great Starship Race" [Pocket TOS #67]).
Thomas Paine, U.S.S.: Federation starship, New Orleans-class frigate, Starfleet registry NCC-65530. Commanded by Captain Rixx. One of the starships in orbit of Dytallix B when Walker Keel summoned Captain Picard there in 2364. ("Conspiracy" [TNG #25]).
Thorn, Clare.: ("The Flat, Gold Forever" [Marvel EV #7]).
Thorpe, Christofur: Early governor of the Federation Council. After the end of the Earth-Romulan Wars, Thorpe was a signatory of a Federation-recognized peace treaty, which established the Romulan Neutral Zone, and the use of channel K as a diplomatic contact frequency. (Technical Manual [TOS]).
thoron.: ("Emissary" [DS9 #1&2]).
Thrace, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Arbiter-class perimeter action vessel, Starfleet registry NCC-1064. Built by Singapore Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. in Singapore on Terra. Commissioned on 13 December 2289. (Ships of the Star Fleet, vol. 2).
Thralen.: ("Metamorphosis" [Pocket TNG Giant #1]).
three-dimensional chess.: ("Where No Man Has Gone Before" [TOS #1]).
Threvan, Shiarth.: Andorian admiral who served as the second chairman of Starfleet Intelligence. Admiral Threvan retired for personal reasons following the failure of Operation Burgundy, and died six months later, supposedly of natural causes. Some suspect he committed suicide because of his failed command. (Star Fleet Intelligence--Agent's Orientation Sourcebook [FASA RPG]).
Thriidians.: ("Dujonian's Hoard" [Pocket TNG Captain's Table #2]).
Thun, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Arbiter-class perimeter action vessel, Starfleet registry NCC-1055. Built by Singapore Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. in Singapore on Terra. Commissioned on 12 August 2288. (Ships of the Star Fleet, vol. 2).
Thunderchild, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Akira-class through-deck cruiser, Starfleet registry NCC-63549. The Thunderchild was one of the large fleet of ships that fought the Borg at Earth in 2373. ("First Contact" [Movie #8]). "First Contact" was the first appearance of this type of starship, designed by Alex Jaeger and modeled entirely in CGI.
Tian An Men, U.S.S.: Federation starship, Miranda-class heavy frigate, Starfleet registry NCC-21382. ("Redemption" [TNG #100&101]).
Tiberius I.: SEE: Kirk, James Tiberius (mirror). ("Spectre" [Pocket TOS HC]).
Tiberius, U.S.S.: Federation starship. Robert April commanded this vessel prior to his command of the Enterprise. José Tyler served with him here. This ship was also Yeoman Colt's first assignment out of Starfleet Academy. ("Flesh of My Flesh" [Marvel EV #1]; "Nor Iron Bars a Cage" [Marvel EV #4]).
Tiburon.: Federated planet. ("The Way to Eden" [TOS]; "The Savage Curtain" [TOS]; "The Ship" [DS9]; "Cloak" [Pocket TOS Section 31]).
Tichelon, Meff.: ("Metamorphosis" [Pocket TNG Giant #1]).
tii.: Lhiaari fruits, a delicacy eaten by Emperor Beytek. ("Seven of Nine" [Pocket VGR #16]).

Titan.: Moon in the Sol system. ("The First Duty" [TNG]; "Chain of Command" [TNG]).
